One who does not count Seraiki and Punjabi two separate languages then in fact, he is admitting "Punjabi as just a dialect of Seraiki".

You are wrong mr.Rana seriki is no variant of your punjabi and it was formed by a merger of several languages including persian[farsi]and sinhdi but I no case punjabi. and about the topic of seprate province, yes there is a need for that because we don not get ourfair share of the funding from the upper punjab.

You being a teacher should not say the things that you do not know about. Saraiki is not a different dilect of Punjabi, but this is itself a language. It has a rich culture, quite a large numbers of people speak this language, it has its own literature and poetry. Since most of Saraiki speaking areas are backward,literacy rate is low in these areas, their economic conditions are not good as copared to punjabi speaking people living in same areas that is why punjabi got dominated on this language where populations are mixed. We respect punjabi and and all other languages and expect the same respect for saraiki as well. I hope you will reasearch more on saraiki before giving your comments on this language and the people speaking this language.
