Is our language and culture matters in our personality and bahaviour?
or wt the things contribute in our personality....

Personality is very intriguing subject, its defintion, as well as factor contrbuiting towards its development are quite enermous and varied. Its quite possible that two different people, born in different cultures and havinf different mother tongues have same family traits, where as there are research studies on record in which identical twins , born at same time and given same attention and guidance by their parents in similar enviornment developed into totaly different personalities.

Yes, language and culture to extent effect our pesronality , but these are just two components , of long list of personality determinants. Language ( an ability to speak amd not as siraiki or punjabi language) not only effects mental makeup but is also important for physical development. There was a Russian monarch, I m sorry I forgot his name , he was curious to knwo about which language a child will adopt if he is not spoken with. Towards this end several new born babies were kept in isolation , they were just approached by care taker for feeding and cleaning , but care takers were not allowed to talk to them .Three years later most of the babies became mentally retarded , they were not able to speak or walk or doing any act which a normal babies of that age does. A year later most of these babies died and only survior remained through out his life as mentaly retarded person. There are various other research in this regard .

However , perosnality is very complex thing , it is totaly unpredicatable thing.
