Hi Abbas, Good to see you. I m Shehzad. You know me surley. As far as your query is concerned, I dont think there are Saraikees in Sindh and balochistan in larger proportions. They can be there but scattered. As you know the only belt which comprise a major population proportion of Pakistan is South Punjab. Despite this other one is Dera Ismail Khan in Frontier. There can be Saraikees in Upper Sindh, as this part of Sindh is adjoining to South Punjab.

Dear Abbas, Sheez and all,
Seraiki is the second language of Baloch people in Kachhi up to Sibi and Gandhawa.Even Bugtis are bilingual. In upper sindh Seraiki is spoken by large no. of people.Seraiki is understood in whole of Sindh. In Dadu, Nawabshah, and Khairpur Seraiki is widely spoken. But they hesitate to claim themselves Seraiki.
The term you used "Southern Panjab" is misguiding and advanced by punjabis.Mianwali,Bhakkar, Khushab,Dera Ismail Khan,Tank and Jhang are in west.Beware of this malacious term i.e.Southern Punjab.
Thanks
