I think BBoli infact is the pure seraiki translation of the word language. Zuban is also used in seraiki like urdu and persian for the word language. Anyway thanks for putiing your remarks. 
And what should be the translation of the word dialect in seraiki, I think it should be Lok BBoli. So Seraiki is BBoli and Multani, Derawali etc are its lok BBoliaan. But the expert seraiki linguists may decide different than my opinion.
